About Me

Jim Heffner: Jim was born in Daytona Beach, Florida in November, 1963. His first twenty years of adult life were spent living mostly in the San Jose/Bay Area of California where he was employed in various areas of the graphic arts industry. By the year 2000 it was time for a change and with that brought a move to Washington State. There were a few short stints back to Florida over the years as well (sometimes the "home state" is where the heart is). A move to Arizona came in 2004 with 2005 being the first year in the real estate business as a Realtor (another long time interest), and then finally back to Florida in 2013 where Jim continues to be active in real estate. Jim has always had an interest in Art and Antiques and after barely an attempt at the age of around 20 to discover his painting ability, the paints were put away and pretty much forgotten about in order to focus on the everyday need to just get started with adult life. Jim now has a renewed interest to take a blank canvas, add colorful paint, and create interesting art. Jim is self taught, and enjoys using his creative vision, abilities, and individual techniques to develop his own style.
